Felicia Loo is an SQF Consultant and Certified Food Scientist. As the principal food safety consultant at SFPM Consulting, her current role focuses on assisting food businesses to meet local regulatory and customer requirements, namely Canadian SFCR and US FDA requirements. Felicia has facilitated her clients to manage numerous food certification programs’ audit requirements, such as initial and recertification for HACCP, SQF, FSSC 22000, Primus GFS, Kosher, Halal and Organic within her 9 years of industry experience. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BSc. Food Science with a minor in Commerce. She is the Co-Chair for the British Columbia Food Technologists (BCFT). Her training approach focus on nurturing food safety culture and variety topics of food safety management systems.
